在您使用我们的服务时，为了向您提供稳定、合规的 API 及 Agent 基础设施，我们仅会收集必要的信息：

• 账户使用与认证信息：当您使用账户时，我们需要收集您的手机号码、电子邮箱。为满足国家法律法规的实名制要求，我们可能需要您提供真实姓名、企业资质或有效身份证件信息。
• 服务使用数据（日志）：当您调用我们的 API 时，系统会自动记录调用日志，包括您的 IP 地址、调用时间、调用的模型名称、请求消耗的 Token 数量等，主要用于计费和防范恶意攻击。
• 交互内容数据：指您在请求 API 时传输的提示词（Prompt）、文件、图片以及模型返回的生成内容。

2. 核心承诺：关于您的业务数据与模型训练

作为中立的企业级基础设施提供商，我们对您的业务交互数据（Prompt 及生成结果）做出以下核心承诺：

• 绝不用于训练：我们绝对不会利用您的私有对话数据、文件或图片来训练、微调我们或第三方的底层基础模型，除非获得您明确的、书面的二次授权（如您主动参与某些产品改进计划）。
• 数据隔离：您的 API 交互数据仅用于当前请求的实时处理与传输，处理完成后，除了计费所需的元数据（如 Token 数量）外，核心内容不作长期持久化存储（除非您主动使用了带有存储功能的企业知识库或 Agent 编排服务）。

3. 我们如何使用您的信息

我们收集的信息将主要用于以下场景：

• 向您提供 API 路由、负载均衡及相关功能。
• 进行账户计费、额度扣减与账单核对。
• 维护系统的安全稳定运行，识别和拦截高危请求、DDoS 攻击及违反《可接受使用政策》的非法调用。
• 遵守国内法律法规的要求，配合有权监管机关的合法取证与合规审查。

4. 信息的共享、转让与第三方处理

由于 CLPAI Agent 属于模型网关，在提供服务时，您的请求（Prompt/图像等）将被加密中转至第三方上游模型提供商（如阿里云、腾讯云等）：

• 上游模型提供商：我们会将您的请求匿名化（剥离您的平台身份信息）后发送给您指定的大模型 API 服务商。这些提供商拥有独立的企业级数据隐私条款（通常明确商业 API 数据不用于训练）。
• 合法共享：除非获得您的同意或基于法律法规的强制性要求（如公安、网信办等国家机关的指令），我们不会与任何无关第三方共享、转让或公开披露您的个人身份信息。

5. 您的数据权利

根据《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》，您拥有以下权利：

• 访问与更正：您可以在控制台查看、修改您的个人账户信息及企业认证资料。
• 删除与注销：您可以随时联系我们申请注销账户并删除您的所有个人数据（法律法规要求保留特定期限的交易日志除外）。
• 撤回同意：您可以通过停止使用服务或联系我们，撤回对本隐私政策的同意。

6. 未成年人保护

我们的服务主要面向企业及成年开发者。如果您是未满 18 周岁的未成年人，请在法定监护人的指导下阅读本政策，并由监护人完成注册。如果我们发现未经监护人同意收集了未成年人信息，将会尽快删除相关数据。

7. 政策的更新

我们可能会根据业务发展或法律法规的变化适时修订本《隐私政策》。重大变更（如处理个人信息的目的、方式发生变化）时，我们会通过平台内通知、邮件或官网公告的方式通知您。继续使用我们的服务即表示您同意受修订后的政策约束。

To provide stable and compliant API and Agent infrastructure, we only collect necessary information:

• Account & Authentication: When using our services, we collect your phone number and email. To comply with real-name registration laws, we may require your real name, business credentials, or valid ID information.
• Service Usage Data (Logs): When calling our APIs, the system automatically records logs including your IP address, call time, model name, and token consumption for billing and security purposes.
• Interaction Content: This refers to prompts, files, images, and model-generated content transmitted during API requests.

2. Our Core Commitment: Business Data & Training

As a neutral enterprise-grade infrastructure provider, we make the following commitments regarding your interaction data:

• No Training: We will NEVER use your private conversation data, files, or images to train or fine-tune our own or third-party underlying models without your explicit written authorization.
• Data Isolation: Your interaction data is used only for real-time processing. Once processed, core content is not stored persistently (except for metadata like Token count used for billing), unless you explicitly use features like Knowledge Base or Agent Orchestration that require storage.

3. How We Use Your Information

Collected information is used for the following scenarios:

• Providing API routing, load balancing, and related functions.
• Account billing, quota deduction, and invoice verification.
• Maintaining system stability, identifying high-risk requests, DDoS attacks, and preventing violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Complying with local laws and regulations and cooperating with legal requests from regulatory authorities.

4. Sharing, Transfer, and Third-Party Processing

Since CLPAI Agent acts as a model gateway, your requests (prompts/images) are encrypted and forwarded to third-party upstream providers (e.g., Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud):

• Upstream Providers: We anonymize your request (removing platform identity) before sending it to your specified model provider. These providers have their own enterprise privacy terms (stating that commercial API data is not used for training).
• Legal Disclosure: We will not share or disclose your personal identity information with unrelated third parties unless we have your consent or are required by law (e.g., instructions from public security or cyberspace authorities).

5. Your Data Rights

According to relevant data protection laws, you have the following rights:

• Access & Correction: You can view and modify your account and certification information in the console.
• Deletion & Cancellation: You can contact us to close your account and delete personal data (except logs required by law for a specific period).
• Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw consent by stopping the service or contacting us.

6. Protection of Minors

Our services are intended for enterprises and adult developers. If you are under 18, please read this policy under the guidance of a guardian. If we discover we have collected information from a minor without guardian consent, we will delete it promptly.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy as our business or laws change. Significant changes will be notified via platform alerts, email, or official announcements. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
